Maimaar Group designs and manufactures in accordance with the codes and guidelines of the AISC, AISI, AWS and MBMA manual.

For the specific edition of each institute code used for a specific MSPL building, please refer to the section marked “Applicable Codes” in the MSPL proposal offer. Frame members (Hot rolled or built-up) are designed in accordance with the American institute of steel construction (AISC): Steel Construction Manual. All welding is done in accordance with the American welding society (AWS): Structural welding code for steel. All MSPL welders are qualified and certified for the types of weld performed. Manufacturing dimensional tolerances are in accordance with the requirements of the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) of USA: Low rise building manual system.

Maimaar was entrusted with a project of Installation of a Pre-Engineered Steel Building back in 2018 and on the basis of their performance and efficiency, Awan sports awarded them multiple projects of erection as well as design and fabrication of steel structures (boiler house, store rooms, warehouse, cooling tower platform etc.) covering a total area of approximately 55,000 Sq. Maimaar started working with our organization on a project of erection of Pre-Engineered Steel building of 39,300 Sq. Ft. area supplied by UAE based company, Mammut Building Systems in 2016 which was completed successfully and professionally and since then, Maimaar has been awarded with a series of contracts for supply and services of steel structures to date valuing more than PKR 45 million.

In June 2019, MAIMAAR was given the opportunity to bid for design, detailing, fabrication and installation of a pre-engineered steel structure for our stitching unit on second floor of existing RCC building of 17,000 Sq. Ft area and we preferred MAIMAAR over its competitors because its sales team provided an innovative and economical solution on our complex building to fulfil our requirements very efficiently. We found MAIMAAR management to be professionally very sound, hardworking and flexible throughout the project and they delivered the project as we agreed upon. Based on their performance, they were awarded another project of extension of Printing Hall on top of third floor of another RCC building.

We floated the bid to different PEB Suppliers including Maimaar Steel to provide a proposal for Bus Terminal Structure based on our preliminary design. Maimaar was the only company to accurately conceive our concept of the structure and provide a very unique and functioning design of the terminal due to which, the project was single handedly won by them. The first phase of the structure (value PKR 4.95 million) has been completed by MSPL well before time and pleasing quality. Now, the second phase of building (worth 15.34 million) is under design and we strongly believe that MSPL will meet our expectations.
