Job Description: Maimaar Group is looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing team. As a key player in our company, the ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review designs, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations on all projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments for new projects.
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, specifically with Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, design, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D & 2D Modeling software, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in managing large-scale steel structure projects.
• Understanding of construction chemicals and their applications.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
